New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Rwanda under the three-day African tour. This is the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister. PM Modi gifted 200 cows to Rwanda in his travels. In fact, behind this decision, a plan is run by the Rwanda government, whose name is 'Girinka'. Under this scheme, the government will give 3.50 lakh cows to remove malnutrition and give the calf to the neighboring partner.
